Wow! It was so fun. Watched it with friends, one of whom received a funny meme right after the game.

MEME: Photo of Putin, with the quote (in Spanish) "Calm down México. Germany never wins on Russian soil."

Funny, one of our sons called during half-time and said this: when will the Germans learn to stay out of Russia.

And Sweden just lost to Germany so they are still on top. They need to at last take Sweden to a draw cause Germany will beat Korea.

World Cup games have been very good - amazing goal shots.. even lower ranked teams are looking pretty good. (not Panama tho..) Bob - what Lakeside bars to view WC? Adelitas? Brewhouse?

I'm sure just about every bar is opening up early for the Mexico games. I know El Barco and El Cameleon have been. Not sure about restaurants.

Knowing Korea would win, it was a ruse being played on the Brazilian scouting team.
