Small white fluffy dog with leopard jacket found in SAT

I was driving through and picked up an older small white fluffy dog (with an underbite) wearing a black and white leopard jacket. She appeared to have been run over by a car and was in really bad shape so I took her to Dr. Pepe in Riberas. If anyone knows who she may belong to, please let them know.
