New Formato Basico Form Fill In & Translation

Ok, so I was a little bored today and thought I'd make the new form a fill in pdf form so you can fill it in and print it. I also attached a translated 2nd page. My name shows on the first but you can delete it. Should make it easy for those like me with messy handwriting.

The one thing so far I think to be inconsistent is about the photos needed for an FM3 renewal. Legal & Immigration on Colon in Ajijic is telling me I need 6 of each FRONT & SIDE (no jewelry, makeup, hair off face) in BLACK & WHITE-STUDIO QUALITY. I am going there tomorrow am, Am I possibly thinking that it depends on the person whom you deal with at INM in Guad.

This really is the lst time in my almost 2years of living here that I am pulling my hair out.

Just go. I saw one lady rejected today for photos as her side profile wasn't 90 degrees just like 75 so not a profile but a head tilt. Go figure!
