Cancer Treatments in the area - Guadalajara or Lake Chapala

We are retiring to the area in the fall and my husband will need treatment for kidney cancer. Are there any hospitals in the area that can perform cryablation or will we need to return to Houston every 3 months? Thanks for any information.
