more kilt wearing bozos

One Mardi Gras, there was this guy dressed in a beautiful Scottist kilt outfit(bagpipes and all!) As I was a little into my cups, I made the mistake of asking, "Is it true you guys don't wear any underwear under the kilts?" I did not expect him to pull up the kilt and show me! All I'm gonna say about that expecience is that the gentleman should be the Guiness Book of Records!
